With no tournaments to play, our sevens team, Hearts + Balls MB took on an almighty challenge -the #HBMBLongestDay.
Two teams of 15, one made up of forwards, the other of backs, went head to head to see which team could clock up the longest distance on the longest day.
And the results are in…
The forwards defeated the backs by just eight miles, running 416 miles compared to the backs’ still impressive effort of 408 miles.
What’s even more impressive is together they’ve helped raise more than £5k to help members of our rugby community who need our support.
